Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy


At Hikabae, the goal is to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only while they are in the “Order Confirmation” stage (before they are packed or shipped).

• Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

• Upon successful cancellation, the refund will be issued as Hikabae Store Credit to your Hikabae Wallet within one hour.

• No refunds will be made back to the original payment source (such as bank account, card, UPI, or netbanking). All refunds are processed only as store credit.

2. Return Policy

• Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return:

      • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

      • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

     • Any free gifts or promotional accessories received with your order do not need to be returned and may be kept by you, unless otherwise specified on the product or offer page.

• Returns may be rejected if:

      • The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

      • Tags or original packaging are missing or tampered with.

3. Return Process

• Initiate a return request from your Hikabae account within 3 days of delivery.

• A pickup will be scheduled where available; if pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship the product back using the instructions provided.

• Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check.

• After successful quality verification, the refund will be processed as Hikabae Store Credit to your Hikabae Wallet within one hour of approval.

4. Refunds and Store Credit

• All refunds, for both cancelled and returned orders, will be issued only as store credit to the Hikabae Wallet.

• No refunds will be made to the original payment method (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets, etc.).

• Store credit can be used to purchase any product on the Hikabae online store.

• Store credit is typically available for use within one hour of cancellation/return approval.

• Store credit issued for cancellations or returns will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance, after which any unused balance will automatically expire and will not be reinstated or refunded in cash or to the original payment method.

5. Non-returnable items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except where required by law.

• Any product specifically marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-returnable”, or similar wording on the product page will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund after purchase, except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item received.

• If a non-returnable item is delivered damaged, defective, or not as described, customers can raise a request within the specified time frame, and Hikabae will offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or store-credit refund in line with the general refund policy.

6. Order Issues and Damaged Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

• After verification, Hikabae may offer:

      • Replacement of the product (subject to stock availability), or

      • Refund as store credit to your Hikabae Wallet.

• Replacement Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

7. Additional Notes

• Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from Hikabae’s side.

• Hikabae reserves the right to refuse returns or cancellations in cases of suspected abuse of the policy or fraudulent activity.
